ok let me look at it and come back to you.
A person that can say ok, let me go through the company policies and the law and revert to you,
A person that will say i have received your concerns or i take note of your concern, wo will say let me hear from you how would you like me to deal with it?
What are your suggestion or your proposal?
What about we do this or that?
Or we do it this way?
Do you think this or that could help or resolve the matter?
An engaging leader who can say. I think you mis a point here or there or i think you have misinterpreted the policy or the law,
I think you are or were right here,
I was not aware of it or it has been a mistake thanks for bringing it to my attention.
A Company needs a person that is able to see you as part of the team and accept or welcome your positive contribution.
Not a person that can not entertain uncomfortable questions or concerns because he or she is gona receive them from his or her staff.
Not a person that is arrogant and believe to be Mr. I know it all, I am the boss. I am in charge here, an autocratic manager or a person that see a junior employee as nonentities or just a tool or object.
A Workplace need to be warmly and a healthy environment to all.
We do not need those Hose Pipe type of leaders.
Who is afraid to receive written issues or concerns.
Who can not resolve anything without calling the executives or directors. Companies and employees does not need supervisors or leaders who lack initiatives or the Pontios Pilato types of leaders who upon receiving a concern or an issue, he just jump to head office for solution before trying to resolve it internally. In afrikaans such are called names one may not say or write here and back biters or conflict manufacturers who are unable to lead.
Normaly hand picked leaders or managers who never went through interviews, regarded as cadres who never went through the eye of a needle and may always create instabilities themselves unware because of their lack of leadership and or management skills.
A workplace should never be turned into a farm or a racial safe haven but a real home for all children irrespective of colour.
Black or white protection nor any black or white domination may never make companies succesful.
