To junior employees it is highly essential to work under the leadership of a pèrson who is prepared and willing to listen to health and safety risks and or any concern raised by his or her subbordinates.
A person that can accept positive criticisms even withstand negative nature.
A person that can say
ok i heard you,
let me see what i can do about it,
ok let me look at it and come back to you.
A person that can say ok, let me go through the company policies and the law and revert to you,
A person that will say i have received your concerns or i take note of your concern, wo will say let me hear from you how would you like me to deal with it?
What are your suggestion or your proposal?
What about we do this or that?
Or we do it this way?
Do you think this or that could help or resolve the matter?
An engaging leader who can say. I think you mis a point here or there or i think you have misinterpreted the policy or the law,
I think you are or were right here,
I was not aware of it or it has been a mistake thanks for bringing it to my attention.

A Company needs a person that is able to see you as part of the team and accept or welcome your positive contribution.
Not a person that can not entertain uncomfortable questions or concerns because he or she is gona receive them from his or her staff.
Not a person that is arrogant and believe to be Mr. I know it all, I am the boss. I am in charge here, an autocratic manager or a person that see a junior employee as nonentities or just a tool or object.

A Workplace need to be warmly and a healthy environment to all.
We do not need those Hose Pipe type of leaders.
Who is afraid to receive written issues or concerns.
Who can not resolve anything without calling the executives or directors. Companies and employees does not need supervisors or leaders who lack initiatives or the Pontios Pilato types of leaders who upon receiving a concern or an issue, he just jump to head office for solution before trying to resolve it internally. In afrikaans such are called names one may not say or write here and back biters or conflict manufacturers who are unable to lead.

Normaly hand picked leaders or managers who never went through interviews, regarded as cadres who never went through the eye of a needle and may always create instabilities themselves unware because of their lack of leadership and or management skills.

A workplace should never be turned into a farm or a racial safe haven but a real home for all children irrespective of colour.
Black or white protection nor any black or white domination may never make companies succesful.

How do you call the director to tell him this: Peter want to be taken to the clinic or Brenda ask to pick up her child's school or academic report? There is something very wrong with you. Either you have authority but no power.

Lack of decision making skills. No initiative at all.
Lack of leadership and or management skills can make such a leader a very dangerous and distructive person. I end up here without prejudice. May we welcome our employees with good words today

Our experience that even some people occupying positions are still having gaps that need to be filled in order to qualify as professional drivers, defensive drivers let alone just drivers.

The biggest problem with have in life is hate. We hate because we have animosity and we bear grudges.
This may emanates from jealousy or past deeds by others and the one hates and we can't forgive and forget such deeds.
Progress or success or achievements of others may also be the course.
A younger sister or brother or cousin may get maried before the elder one or one of the sisters may have have successful when the other did not, the younger brother may buy a new model of a vehicle compared to that of the elder one and the wife of the elder brother may take offence of that success.
An uncle or aunt may praise one of his or her nieces or nephews thus angering the others or the mother or parents of the rest.
Simple things can realy cause death and divide families, communities, societiy and nations for ever.
Another pastor may perform better than the other one in preaching. Dress code may also be the source of envy and deciet.
At work a new comer may be a hard worker or have good credentials that may qualify him or her a promotion.
The mother or father may also create a problem by treating children unequal.
At some point a divorced mother or father maybe the architect of hate and deciet just because he or she is not over the X or expected and wished failure by the other one. Simple change of the face of the house may anger the neighbour including friends.
The size of the yard held by another family may also be a pain to the neighbour or family hence you will see house breaking and theft including other crimes against properties and or humanity.
Failures are very dangerous indeed. Greed may also be the source of this painful and destructive social ill called jealousy.
The exceptional performance your brothers, sisters child or cousins child may cause such good performing child disaster or death including madnesses etc.
All this result is the core result of witchcraft as the end achievement. Public display of your love to another employee as the employer, manager or supervisor may create huge problems. Parents also or elders are hate coaches.
Others hate others because they themselves got superiority complex they want to enforce and display because of their achievements or position in society or work environment and or status.
They want to be honored and praised at all corners and perhaps be feared and respected by even their elders and that is not happening they feel bad and angry.
You can't say motho wa ipona fa o sena infiriority complex. Jealousy, Hate and Deceit Oh Heavenly God!
One child must have this but the other child may not have that or may have only less or nothing of that good at all.
Others want you to hate who they hate and join them in their wicked endeavors and spirits. You must not go where they don't want to go, not speak to who they don't speak to nor even by words or conduct associate with who they hate. As society we are realy sick and very sick. May pray for healing the haters for the God of the Ancestors of the hated is honestly gona punish this haters severely very soon.
