1. Cell Removal: Next, all of the old internal cells are carefully removed from the battery pack. These cells may have degraded over time due to usage or other factors.
2. Replacement with New Cells: After removing the old cells, brand new cells are installed in their place. These fresh cells restore the battery’s capacity and performance.
3. Quality Rebuild: To ensure a high-quality rebuild, spot welding equipment is used. Spot welding helps securely connect the new cells together within the battery pack.
