Rules and regulations:
Koonstad Auction House
Auctions will be:
Monday to Wednesday 18h30
Wednesday to Friday 18h30
Friday to Monday 18h30
Payments:
To be made via EFT To: Bank details supplied with Invoice: .Ref: Use your name.Cash payments can be made on pickup of items bought,but EFT must be done in 48hrs ,STRICTLY! Pick up of goods on Monday only, except if you paid and made arrangements.
NB!!Goods can only be stored for 5 days MAX, (if paid for in full),,(THEREAFTER.storage fee of 10% of the invoice total will apply!
All items bought must be paid Before next Auction starts..if not you wil not be able to bid again,,Your bid will be deleted.
ALL REGULAR BUYERS CAN ARRANGE FOR WEEKLY PAYMENT,,BUT NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS,,will be allowed.
All goods not paid for in the above mentioned rules as set out, will be sold on auction again.
All items listed will have a starting Bid,and some will have a Reserve Price that must be met.
Commission:
There will be a 15% Commission to be paid by the buyer and 15% by the seller. Buyers and sellers may not interact with each other,but through Kroonstad Auction House only,via Whatsupp:

Some items on listing will have a” Reserve”(It is the price that must be reached or best closest bid) This will be marked on the listings,,and revealed after closing of Auction if it was not reached..the highest Bidder can then first decide if he/she is willing to pay the reserve price,if not the followup bidders will have a change,first comment will then take the item.

COPY of I.D. and Proof of Adress....For our register only!,,,is required if you are going to sell something on Auction.
Showing all defaults/damages,,and exact state in which the item is,,FOR EXAMPLE:DENTED,SCRATCED,EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM,IF NOT 100%,,Name of item,,IF SO PLEASE STATE THE CONDITION,PLEASE,,,this is very important to sell your item,,customers must have the detail of the state of the item,,item will then be sold “AS IS.Voetstoots”
ITEMS CAN BE TESTED BEFORE TAKING IT,,IF YOU TOOK OWNERSHIP OF THE ITEM,,WE,,Kroonstad Auction House/Selling Cust,,can not be kept responsible for any damages whatsoever.
No Cancellation will be Done /Tolerated-----If, BID IS PLACED,,IT IS A binding contract, AND CAN NOT BE CANCELLED,YOU WILL BE KEPT LIABLE TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING FEES!Please look at the pictures and description before making a bid!
