🚛✨ Fresh Look, Same Dedication ✨🚛

Big shout-out to our compactor truck crew — Thapelo, Thabo, and Solly — who are looking sharp in their brand-new uniforms! 👌

These three gents you will recognise on their usual routes by their wonderful smiles. They put in the hard yards every day, keeping the compactor trucks running and the waste moving. The uniforms may be new, but the smiles, teamwork, and commitment are the same as always.

It’s the little things — like a fresh kit — that remind us how proud we are of the people behind Binclean SA. You make the tough work look good, and we couldn’t ask for a better team. 🙌

🚛 Looking Sharp, Working Hard 🚛

Three of my favourites (not that we talk about such things) — Piet, Xolani, and Bennie — rocking their new uniforms like they’re about to walk a fashion runway… if that runway was covered in skips and wheelie bins.

Piet – Cool as ice. Can reverse a truck into a space tighter than your skinny jeans after Christmas lunch.
Xolani – Moves faster than the coffee machine on a Monday morning. Always grinning, even when he’s knee-deep in whatever it takes to get the job done.
Bennie (Oupa) – The “old man” who somehow still beats us to the truck. Rumour has it he’s hiding a turbo under those new overalls.

These gents keep Binclean moving, laughing, and looking good while doing it. Legends, all three of them. 🙌

🌸 Celebrating the Power of Women at Binclean SA 🌸

This Women’s Day, we took a moment to celebrate three of our very own powerhouse ladies – Debbie, Thandeka, and Doreen. 💅

They work tirelessly every day to keep things running smoothly, and we couldn’t think of a better way to show our appreciation than by treating them to a little pampering. Fresh nails, big smiles, and lots of laughter made for a special day all about them.

To our incredible ladies – thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the energy you bring to the team. You inspire us every day. 💖

Took Xolani, Bennie, and Piet go-karting yesterday for a surprise team-building session — and wow, what a day!

Bennie (aka Oupa), who usually cruises around in a skid steer, turned out to be surprisingly quick on the track. Piet, our steady-handed truck driver, was lightning fast and responsible — no surprise there. And then there’s Xolani… limited driving experience, but drove like he stole it! Hooligan level: unlocked 😅

Was great to blow off some steam and see the team in a different light. Good laughs, a bit of friendly competition, and some proper memories made.

These two gents are looking sharp in their new kit, and it’s not just about looking good (although let’s be honest, they’re absolutely rocking it 😎).

This is about pride. About feeling part of something bigger. About showing up for the team, the company, their families and communities, with heads held high.

We know uniforms might seem like a small thing, but for a small business like ours, it’s a big step. It’s part of our promise to invest in our people; one crew at a time, because they ARE Bin Clean SA.
