Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telephonic Debtor Tracer. The Telephonic Debtor Tracer will be responsible for locating and contacting debtors through phone calls, utilizing investigative tools to obtain accurate contact information, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of communication, collaborating with internal teams to enhance tracing processes, and ensuring timely follow-ups with tracked debtors.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Own computer/laptop with strong internet connection and headset
- Proficiency in telephonic communication, customer engagement, and handling sensitive matters professionally
- Strong investigative and research skills, including familiarity with databases and online resources
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and data entry accuracy
- Understanding of debt collection processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Time management, organizational skills, and an ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Adaptability to various software and tracing tools
- Prior experience in tracing or a related field is essential
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in debt collection or investigations would be beneficial

Remuneration

This is a junior position with a basic + commission structure.
