Kuruman Cleaning Services has a Vacant Position for a Supervisor @ Kumba site Kathu. Do you think you have what it takes apply now.

Vacant Position: Supervisor – (2.6.1) Kumba site Kathu (NC)

(Report direct to the Operations Manager)

The Company is looking for a self – motivated, committed person who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have managerial skills and have served in the position as mentioned above.

Main Task and Responsibilities:

• Must implement the policies of the company and that of the client.
• Must be able identify a comprehensive analysis of the scope of work outline in the service level agreement.
• Must represent the company in all dealings with the client and report out come to Operations Manager
• Must ensure the compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA)
• Must be able to manage, control and administer the site on behalf of the employer.
• Must give regular feedbacks to the Operations Manager on the daily activities on the site.

Minimum requirements:

• In possession of Grade 12 certificate
• 2 years’ experience as a site manager (mining).
• Good reading, writing and speaking skills in English.
• Experience in negotiations and concluding service level agreements.
• Valid driver’s license code 10
• In possession of necessary training of the possession and be mine ready.
• Based in Kuruman and surroundings.
