  • Due to the fact that we incorporate Facilities Management in our business Henri Bayman joined Benir Holdings as Operations Executive for Facilities Management. He worked for the Department of Education at Wagpos High School as Head of Department for 27 years. He then joined Independent Facilities Services and work as Project Manager at Bombela Gautrain Project as well as at Anglo Platinum Mine where he managed all operations in Facilities Management. Henri joined Royal Seshaba and was Project Manager in Vrede and again manage all facilities services at three Project sites. During this time, he was appointed as Facilities Manager for Total Facilities Management Company (TFMC) and worked at Kolomela Mine during Project part of Kolomela Mine. He then was appointed as Facilities Manager at Kolomela Mine and soon after that he was promoted as Area Manager for TFMC at Kolomela and Sishen mine where he was responsible for all Facilities services. With the growth of the contract at Kolomela he managed all facets of Facilities Management at Kolomela Mine. TFMC eventually became Bidvest Facilities Management and he worked 9 years as Area Manager. He does have 15 years’ experience in Facility Services in Mining and Corporate environment.
