Came up on my memory and I Jacqueline Tamri have to share it again as a reminder of how far I have come as the CEO and Founder
2h45am and she is up and at it.
When they ask you how you did it, remember this...3 shifts in a day. With breaks in between.
Drawing on the 4 D's as an active

D-Diarise -
diarise what does not need your time, energy or money today. 24hours in a day, use it wisely, ensuring healthy balance.
I have diarised 2 hours a day to lifelonglearning. To be the best at what I do, I have to stay in the loop of global, continental, country and community trends in my industry.
D-Delegate-
delegate what is best for somebody else to do, they may not do it like you, however it is a better investment of your time, energy and money. As much as I love the garden, cooking and cleaning- it's by far a better option to delegate these day to day needs to somebody else, clearing my schedules for my passionate purpose.
D-Dump it-
Dump what does not serve the intended goal for the day, week, month or year. Thus, your goals should be clear for you to be able to dump what is a hindrance, sabotage or less that valuable use of your time, energy or money.
As a recovering rescuer, I have to ensure I daily dump my intrinsic need to rescue people from situations and circumstances, which they actually have the ability to deal with themselves. Thereby freeing me up to pay attention to a purpose deep within my being.
D-do it-
Procrastination is a trauma response, grounded in a deep seated fear of failure.
A daily policy and agreement I have with myself is to feel the fear and do it anyway. Learning, growth and transformation is on the other side of discomfort and fear...just do it, you may be surprised by the beautiful outcome and discover skills you didn't know you had.
I choose to believe in the goodness of humanity, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
To quote Malala Yousafzai 'when the world is silent, even one voice is powerful'.
