Tender review & issue recommendations to client. Issue services DWGS to various MEP consultants. Issue PM with a detailed Manufacture / Delivery& installation Program. Monitor suppliers manufacture Progress & quality inspections·
Onsite Management overseeing supplier’s installation. Site coordination between the various trades & PM. Issue Supplier hand over documents. Monitor supplier staff training Program. POST HAND OVER
Issue equipment supplier an after sales service Program. Issue supplier an on-site spares list. Monitor equipment breakdown sand liaise with supplier on solutions. Review suppliers after sales commitment and report to Client

Once all the design requirements are met and you are completely satisfied with the layout, we will issue a detailed M.E.P service drawing this will ensure the correct services are installed by the various contractors, which will allow for a speedy and trouble- free installation. BUDGETS
Budgets are discussed with the Professional teams & client .Designs & specifications changes are done to suite the budget taking into mind the operational requirements. We can coordinate between the supplier and the client when value engineering is required. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
