ECCS recently completed the comprehensive rebuild and commissioning of three LeTourneau Komatsu P&H L-1850-wheel loaders. We supplied skilled and unskilled workers, alongside necessary tools, ensuring every aspect of the project was professionally handled.
Here's a breakdown of the tasks undertaken to ensure peak efficiency:
Fluid Management: Draining and disposing of all engine and hydraulic fluids.
Component Dismantling: Removing various components like the hood, blower and air intake.
Hydraulic Gearbox and Engine Assembly: Replacing the hydraulic gearbox and engine assembly.
Cleaning and Repair: Thoroughly cleaning components and conducting necessary repairs.
Assembly and Mounting: Installing new engine and hydraulic components onto the loader's frame.
Cooling Systems Installation: Mounting and assembling cooling system components for efficient operation.
Fluid Refill and Connection: Refilling all fluid compartments and connecting communication and electrical machine wiring.
System Verification and Commissioning: Testing systems to ensure operational readiness.
Final Commissioning: Carrying out operational commissioning of the engine, hydraulics and electrical systems to ensure everything operates harmoniously.
Our team adhered to Komatsu's specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the refurbishment extended to planetary drivers and motors, lift arms, ball caps and top and bottom pivot ball liners. Notably, ECCS undertook the adaptation of American standards for the removal, repair and replacement of lift arms.
