We absolutely love what we do. There’s so much joy in mixing colours, layering ribbons and watching each rosette come to life. It doesn’t feel like work when you’re having this much fun creating something special. 🎀

Busy creating the most beautiful black, silver and gold rosettes for a client in Limpopo. There’s something incredibly about the buzz of a busy workshop — ribbons flowing, machines humming, hands moving with purpose — all coming together to create something that will make someone’s day.

Wow… just WOW! 🤍

A photo of an Elan Rosette from 1999 has just been shared with us — that’s 27 years ago! How incredible to see something created all those years ago still being treasured today.

It truly makes me hope that the rosettes we are crafting right now will stand the same test of time… that in 27 years’ time, someone will still have them proudly displayed, filled with memories.

We definitely have big shoes to fill. ✨

Now I can’t help but wonder… does anyone have one even older to share with us?

✨ Exciting times at Elan Rosettes! ✨

Last year we took over this beautiful business that has been part of the showing world for many years. I made the decision to proudly keep the name Elan Rosettes — even though many now think my name is Elan!

While we’re not exactly sure how far back Elan Rosettes goes, one special client recently found a rosette dated 2005. That means at least 21 years of making someone smile — and that is something truly worth celebrating.

Over the past year, we’ve lovingly revamped the business — bringing it into the modern age with a laser cutter and new, fancy jigs — while still honouring and reviving some of the old faithful equipment. Because sometimes the old ways still work best.

We are so incredibly grateful to each of you who have been part of this journey. We continue to learn, refine, and improve — finding better ways to do things and adapting as we grow. In this short time, we’ve gained amazing clients who have quickly become friends, and that means the world to us.

With show season upon us and calendars filling up fast, it’s officially all hands on deck at Elan Rosettes! The workroom is buzzing as the girls turn out stunning rosettes — each one crafted with pride and made with love and care 💕

And when a client needs something urgently? We pull out all the stops — even getting my son involved to help keep the ribbons flowing! Teamwork makes the dream work, and it’s such a joy seeing these gorgeous creations come to life every single day.

It’s hard to believe that at the end of January 2025 we took over the reins of Elan Rosettes — a company we were incredibly excited and proud to acquire. Elan Rosettes has been around for many years, and we are honoured to be the third owners of this amazing business. Our hope is to continue bringing joy to every winner, just as Elan Rosettes has done for so many years before us.

2025 was an exciting and rewarding year. We invested in new machinery, experimented with fresh designs, and had so much fun growing and learning along the way. As the show season springs into action, we are ready and excited to support you and your shows.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our clients from last year who made the year so spectacular and memorable. It has been a privilege to be part of so many wonderful shows, and to meet so many new friends along the way. We truly look forward to creating special rosettes, sashes, and prizes for your upcoming events.
