Position Available: Field Technician
Carrus Fleet Management Enterprises requires a suitable candidate to fill the position as Technician.
Key Responsibility Areas and Duties:
• Installation and maintenance of Vehicle Telematics Systems and peripherals.
• Installation and maintenance of Fuel Management Systems.
• Installation and maintenance of Mobile surveillance systems.
• Installation of Stolen Vehicle Recovery products.
Skills Required:
• Basic Auto Electrical/Electrical knowledge.
• Basic Computer literacy.
• General technical skills.
Personal attributes and characteristics:
• Good timekeeping
• Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Willing to learn new techniques and technologies
• Good personal hygiene and tidiness.
• Team player
• Ability to perform tasks independently
Job Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work away from home for several days at a time.
• Willing to work after hours and on weekends.
What you need to be successful:
• Valid Code B Drivers Licence
• Matric certificate.
• Clear criminal record.
Remuneration
• Salary based on experience.
