New mom? Worried about what you’d do in an emergency at home? You’re not alone.
Babies don’t come with instruction manuals — and most emergencies don’t look like the movies. They happen at home, when you’re tired, emotional, and often on your own.
That’s why I’m offering a small-group, in-home First Aid & CPR course designed specifically for new moms (and caregivers).
This is a practical, confidence-focused 3-hour course that covers what actually happens in real homes — no medical jargon, no pressure, and no judgement.
We cover:
✔ Infant & child choking
✔ Infant, child and adult CPR
✔ What to do if your baby stops breathing
✔ Burns, falls, cuts & head injuries
✔ Febrile seizures & allergic reactions
✔ How to stay calm and act in the first critical moments
The focus isn’t on doing everything perfectly — it’s on knowing what to do and having the confidence to act.
