Good Afternoon community of winterveldt. We at WHAP are here for you. We would like to work together with you to end the pandemic of substance abuse in our community. We ask that you support and encourage your children to come forth and apply for rehabilitation. Substance abuse include addiction in alcohol, medicine/pills, drugs and more.
Even if you don't have a child or relative who is addicted but we ask that you pass this information to those who need it.

We also provide the following services :HIV testing, orphans and vulnerable children, and counseling of any kind. We have social workers to help you.
