You must stop running your mouth about sensitive matters of your life, family or relationship. That’s why people gossip about you, you can’t keep your mouth shut. The matter is not that people like to gossipp about you. You just like telling everyone your business. People like talking. You can’t stop them from talking. If you tell them juicy details about your life, then what do you expect them to do? Keep quiet? If you couldn’t keep it to yourself, why should they? You can’t keep the stuff to yourself, let them talk too.
