About Us:

Uniwisp is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic young female to join our team as a receptionist. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the switchboard and transfer calls to the correct department
- Take messages when departments are unavailable to take calls
- Assist walk-in clients and visitors, notify personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain company vehicle records, including violations and checklists
- Update attendance registers weekly and submit to HR Manager
- Handle emails and assist personnel with necessary forms

Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional demeanour
