☀️ Grid-Tied Solar PV System. Our new solar installation is now supplementing daytime power use, reducing reliance on external electricity.
Long-term win: Once the installation costs are recovered in the next four years, the savings will fund further improvements and help stabilize levies for all Central Park occupants.

As 2024 draws to a close, we’re excited to share the progress of our major upgrades and thank you for your patience during this transformative time.
Here’s what we’ve achieved and what’s coming next:
• Smart Water Meters: Installed and already saving occupants thousands of rands on water costs.
