A completed Motor Control Centre (MCC) project, built to perform in the most demanding industrial environments.

The Logstrup Modular System MCC combines exceptional durability, flexibility, and quality. As a licensed Logstrup distributor, Electro Modular delivers switchboards that meet internationally recognised standards for performance and reliability.

This project features a 2500A Schneider Electric Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), supported by copper busbar work designed to withstand fault currents of up to 100kA, ensuring protection and performance for critical power distribution applications.

To improve manufacturing efficiency and overall product quality, the enclosure was supplied with pre-cut doors manufactured to the client's specifications. This streamlined approach reduces construction time while minimising the risk of damage to the doors and paintwork during wiring, assembly, and testing.

From enclosure design to copper work and final assembly, every detail reflects Electro Modular's commitment to engineering excellence, precision manufacturing, and delivering reliable electrical infrastructure that performs when it matters most.

12-Module, 400V Motor Control Centre (MCC) | Logstrup®️ Modular System
Designed to suit the site's installation requirements, this MCC incorporates top cable entry with aluminium gland plates for efficient cable management and long-term durability. An earth bar runs alongside the gland plates to provide effective and accessible earthing throughout the assembly.

The system features a dedicated 3-phase + Neutral busbar compartment at the bottom, ensuring safe, organised, and reliable power distribution.

Part of our cladding design includes padlockable handles, enhancing operator safety by providing secure isolation during inspection and maintenance activities.
