1. As soon as your sale is relatively safe...eg bond approved or cash deposit in attorneys trust account etc
2. Contact us in order to arrange these certificates for you.
3. Arrange timeously so there less chance of delay in your transfer.
4. Remember others are selling their properties too.
5. Selling a property can be stressful, however following these steps can reduce that level of stress.
6. Dont wait till the last minute to arrange the certificates, that increases the levels of stress.
7. If property has a tenant in it, please advise tenant that they can expect a call from us regarding inspecting of the property.
