Background

We have been involved with eFiling and easyFile since April 2002 assisting SARS, accountants, corporate clients as well as individuals. The assistance that I provided covered all aspects of eFiling and easyFile. I also assisted clients with SARS issues that were not eFiling or easyFile related. Vision

turn can provide the same to their clients. eFilingprofile maintenance and clean-up to maximize the performance of Practice Management software.

9. Reachable 24 hours a day via phone or email
10. Quick, efficient and friendly solutions for all eFiling and easyFile challenges
11. Remote access to eFiling profiles to save costs on travelling
Rationale

The only assistance that is offered for eFiling is via the SARS call centre. Only a few resources exist for easyFile assistance in the Western Cape. I do not supply tax advice. The service is purely a technical and training service to assist all eFilers and easyFilers with accessible help.
