Our Story

The Johannesburg Agency originated after one of the founding members, who in her 40’s, had fallen victim to a number of scams by responding to on-line immigration agents. After being duped, and many failed attempts of applying for residency on her own, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of rands that she lost, she and her family appointed an immigration litigator in Canada. Almost 6 years after her initial application, when she finally landed in Canada, she partnered with Canadapt Immigration Consultancy - a reputable, regulated immigration consultancy in Toronto - so that many South Africans looking to live, study or work in Canada will not have the traumatic experience that she and her family had when they applied.

Canadapt South Africa operates as an authorised and regulated agency of the Canadapt Immigration Consultancy in Toronto. Our offices are based in Blue Hills, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Our local team assists clients with the application process and provides information, guidance and assistance on completing your application. Our clients are requested to complete the online pre-qualification screening. This enables us to offer the best and most affordable entry programme for individuals, families, students, entrepreneurs and trade workers. Once your pre-screening and personal/telephone/Skype consultation with a member of our team is completed in South Africa, your client files are transferred directly to the Canadian office. At the Canadian office, our expert immigration professionals will work closely with you and the South African Agency to keep you updated on the status of your application.
