Senior HR Generalist & Payroll position - NON EE applicants

Qualifications: HR/Law/Industrial Psychology Degree
8+ years exp as HR Generalist
8+ years exp as Managing large dept
Payroll experience
Exp liaising with International H/O
Legal and compliance exp
Salary processing for 3 companies
Labour compliance with the Act
Drafting employment contracts and offers
Manage the BBBEE, EE
Represent company at the CCMA/MEIBC
Manage relationships with Unions
Prepare and facilitate Labour Audits
Handle disciplinarian, chair hearings
Liaise with lawyers
Any adhoc responsibilities required by Management

It's okay to say you're not okay. But sometimes you have nobody to share this with. Especially if you're a young adult with hat has made you the target of bullying and rejection. And then you still have to do and focus on your . We are so grateful to be able to partner with the department Gracepoint Church who provide free professional counselling when required, for our learners on the current Tribe Impact Consulting Hygiene and Cleaning Learnership. The counselling department is headed up by professor Christine Laidlaw and a team of experienced volunteers. Together we can indeed transform our communities, our families and our country.

Corporate photoshoot with our team - I was so busy I forgot to take some behind the scenes photos. We are finally in the process of getting our website sorted and going full out with marketing Tribe Impact Consulting - it's been a long journey but all happens with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, in God's perfect timing. Thank you Andrew Heapy for being part of this journey.

We are so grateful and very proud of our young learners with learning disabilities, on the Hygiene and Cleaning learnership, for the work they did this morning - this is a win-win partnership, made possible with the skills development contribution of BDO South Africa, hosted by Gracepoint and facilitated and trained by our awesome team in Gauteng.

Christmas came early this year! 🎁
Our has been nominated as a in the 2024 CSI Legacy Awards for the best Social Enterprise!! Wow! For the work that we do in learnerships for young people with and difficulties. Thank you to our team and everyone who’s played some part in this journey!
💚 I’m blown away by God’s grace and goodness.
💜 Never in our wildest dreams did we think that we could compete against much larger, established and well funded companies!
🩷 From more than 80 nominations, down to 40 and now in the top 5. Last minute entry, Holy Spirit inspired writing.

2023 has been an exceptionally challenging year for us, personally, with our CEO Louis Du Cheyne’s , and as a result also impacted on our social impact business Tribe Impact Consulting.
We spent an extraordinary amount of time in prayer and fasting, in praise. Because we promised right at the beginning of this journey that we will praise God in all circumstances. Irrespective of the outcome. And did He show up for us, because His word and promises remain true! And then this amazing gift of recognition!
