TDM Solutions (formerly Machine Simulation South Africa) are the sole agents for C G Tech Vericut in Africa. Jim Plester, core member of TDM Solutions has been a Vericut user since 1999. Vericut is the industry standard in CNC verification, simulation and optimisation. Vericut is able to integrate with all major CAD/CAM systems to enable the independent validation of CNC programmes, prior to running on a CNC machine. Vericut is able to check for syntax errors, collisions and near misses; which could cause expensive damage to a CNC machine. Vericut Opti-Path can optimise CNC programmes to run faster (over 50%), whilst increasing tool life and improving part surface finish .
