Final Reminder to Submit Outstanding Beneficial Ownership information to CIPC

This is a reminder that from 15 April 2024, companies and close corporations will not be able to file annual returns with CIPC UNLESS BO has been submitted and/or is up to date to avoid penalties, CIPC investigation, compliance notices, or even deregistration for non-compliance.
