OUR SERVICES are centered on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) in South Africa. We offer specialized B-BBEE services to local and international companies. Since 2007 our focus has been to provide solutions to the challenges of carrying out successful and value-adding corporate empowerment, transformation, and sustainability programs, as well as creating monitoring and impact measurement systems for these programs. The relevant legislation was expanded in 2011 to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and local content guidelines for designated sectors. In response, we now design holistic socio-economic and developmental solutions for large corporates, enabling them to interface successfully with small businesses in their value chain through enterprise development and sustainable human capital management programs. These solutions encompass job creation monitoring and increasing local content in any supply chain.
