🚨 One Brave Decision Made All the Difference 🚨 At our company, protecting people is more than a job—it's a commitment.

We are incredibly proud of Inspector Mzwandile Gqamane, who demonstrated courage and professionalism.

After completing a routine site visit, Inspector Gqamane was on his way to another location when a member of the public urgently flagged him down. A woman had just been robbed at knifepoint, and her cellphone had been stolen. Despite the danger, Inspector Gqamane immediately responded.

After obtaining a description of the suspect from the victim, he gave chase and located the individual a short distance away. Upon confronting the suspect, the suspect attempted to hand over the stolen cellphone and pleaded with Inspector Gqamane not to contact SAPS.

Inspector Gqamane safely detained the suspect, instructed him to lie on the ground, and immediately called our Control Room for backup and requested SAPS assistance. V1 and V7 arrived. The victim was brought to the scene, where she positively identified the suspect as the person who had threatened and robbed her. Inspector Gqamane then accompanied the victim to Milnerton SAPS, where a case of armed robbery was opened.

👏 What makes this story remarkable is that Inspector Gqamane went well beyond the normal scope of his duties as a Guarding Inspector. His quick thinking, bravery, and willingness to act helped bring an alleged armed robber to justice and contributed to making our community a safer place.

We thank Inspector Mzwandile Gqamane for his outstanding service and dedication.

Outstanding Service Deserves Recognition! 👏

At our company, we believe that great security is about more than protecting property—it's about helping people.

Recently, a shopper at one of the shopping centres where we provide security services contacted us after her mother had misplaced her handbag. After reporting it to our security team, Site Supervisor Nkosinathi Mhlauli and Assistant Supervisor Lukhanyo Mputhunywa went the extra mile to assist.

The two officers spent considerable time reviewing CCTV footage to trace the handbag's movements. Taking the initiative, Nkosinathi asked for the owner's cellphone number. After identifying where the handbag was likely to be, he called the phone—and to everyone's relief, they heard it ringing. The handbag was located with all of its contents intact and safely returned to its grateful owner.

This is a wonderful example of dedication, teamwork, initiative, and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.

To acknowledge their outstanding efforts, our inspectors proudly presented Nkosinathi and Lukhanyo with Certificates of Excellent Service and company gift vouchers.

When the centre's signage caught alight, Nkosinathi's swift response, quick thinking, and decisive action ensured that the incident was contained before any further damage could occur. His vigilance and commitment to protecting our client's property is a true example of going above and beyond the call of duty.
