Having had the privilege of working alongside the incredible team at Panthera Africa Big Cat Sanctuary, we have gained an even greater appreciation for what happens behind the scenes.

The public sees the animals in their care, the sanctuary and the amazing work being done, but there is so much more that often goes unseen. The early mornings, long days, constant care, hard physical work, difficult decisions and countless small things that need to happen every single day.

In the aftermath of the devastating wildfire, much of this work has also included carefully preparing the sanctuary for the animals’ return, after many of them had to be temporarily relocated for their safety. The effort, planning and rebuilding required to make their home safe and welcoming again has been nothing short of immense.

Every member of the Panthera Africa team plays a part, and the dedication, compassion and genuine love they have for the animals in their care is something truly special to witness.

It takes an extraordinary group of people to make a place like this what it is.

Altyd lekker om terugvoering te kry van kliënte wat al byna 'n dekade met TOMCAT Chippers besigheid doen:
Ek wil graag my opregte waardering uitspreek vir die uitstekende diens wat Francois Groenewald (TOMCAT Wes-Kaap Naverkope-diens Afdeling) gelewer het tydens die onlangse diens van ons TOMCAT 200AFE chipper.

Vanaf sy stiptelike aankoms was dit duidelik dat ons met 'n kundige en ervare persoon te doen het. Hy was vriendelik, uiters professioneel en het elke lid van ons span met respek en geduld behandel.

Wat my die meeste beïndruk het, was sy bereidwilligheid om sy kennis te deel. Hy het die tyd geneem om die werking van die masjien deeglik te verduidelik, die rede agter sekere instandhoudingsprosedures te verduidelik en elke vraag volledig te beantwoord. Sy passie vir die toerusting en sy opregte begeerte om seker te maak dat ons die masjien optimaal kan gebruik, was werklik uitsonderlik.

In vandag se tyd is dit ongelukkig skaars om iemand te ontmoet wat tegniese kundigheid met sulke uitstekende kliëntediens kombineer. Francois is 'n geweldige aanwins vir TomCat en 'n uitstekende ambassadeur vir julle maatskappy. Mense soos hy skep vertroue in julle produkte en bou langdurige kliënteverhoudings.

Dit was 'n voorreg om met hom saam te werk, en ons sien uit daarna om weer in die toekoms van sy dienste gebruik te maak.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service Francois Groenewald (TOMCAT After sales support in the Cape region) provided during the recent service of our TOMCAT 200AFE woodchipper.

From the moment he arrived punctually, it was clear that we were dealing with a true expert in his field. He was friendly and highly professional, treating every member of our team with respect and patience.

What impressed me most was his willingness to share his knowledge. He took the time to thoroughly explain the machine's operation and the reasoning behind specific maintenance procedures, and he answered every question comprehensively. His passion for the equipment and his genuine desire to ensure we could utilize the machine optimally were truly exceptional.

Nowadays, it is unfortunately rare to encounter someone who combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. Francois is a tremendous asset to TOMCAT Chippers and an excellent ambassador for your company. People like him inspire confidence in your products and build lasting customer relationships.
