EENSKOTTEL HOENDERGEREG MET SIMBA SKYFIES

BESTANDDELE:
1 hoender (Ek het stukke hoender gebruik).
3 uie grof gekap
500 gram noedels (screws)
1 koppie mayonnaise
2 koppies gerasperde cheddarkaas
2 koppies melk
1 x 410 gram sampioenroomsop
1 groot pak kaas en uie skyfies (fyngemaak)

METODE:
Kook hoender gaar met uie.
Laat afkoel, ontbeen en maak fyn.
Kook noedels tot sag maar nie pap.

Meng al jou bestanddele maar hou een koppie gerasperde kaas eenkant en die Simbaskyfies.
Stel oond op 180°C, spuit oondpan, gooi bestanddele in die oondpan,
Meng die orige koppie gerasperde kaas en pak Simba skyfies liggies deurmekaar en strooi oor die beslag.
Bak vir ongeveer 30 min of tot die kaas borrel en die gereg ligbruin is.
