On Sunday I was taken by surprise when Swasth Nivas was visited by a set of Taiwanese tourists. They wanted to visit and experience the energy of the labyrinth . On arrival I welcomed them with sweets and then did an aura cleanse. They wanted a small insight into what the labyrinth was all about . We then went outside and I introduced the walking meditation to them and how walking the Labyrinth balances the Yin and yang energy. A special thank you to Visham and Sangeetha Alam for bringing these special souls to experience the energy. I was deeply honoured and privileged to have had these people choose Swasth Nivas as one of their tourist attractions. Yours always in love and lite.......
