A few days ago I saw this "trend" to ask ChatGPT to design an image of a birthday cake based on what it knows about you.

I was so surprised with how it turned out and how it captured my dream, vision and heart behind my business so perfectly.

What stood out for me in this whole picture though was not the big elements of ALL those things I love but rather the coffee mug with the words EXCELLENCE IS MY WORSHIP.

For as long as I can remember, one of my absolute favorite Bible Verses is Col 3:23 -24 which is ultimately why I chose it as the foundation of my business.

Colossians 3:23-24 NKJV
[23] And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, [24] knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

The white mug filled with coffee in this picture reminds me of God's presence and His Spirit in me - it may look small and insignificant in comparison to the other elements but without it, the picture wouldn't be complete.

I think you will all agree that a cup of coffee has the ability to calm down rushing moments and create a moment safe enough to reach a point of reflection and that is why, I for the sake of this post, respectfully would compare Jesus to this mug of coffee.

Throughout every day, every prayer, every decision and every technical frustration, He was there.......

Today I am just thankful.
Thankful that ELIM DYNAMIX is able to celebrate it's very first birthday.

To ONE YEAR full of growth and grace.

Yesterday I had the honour to lead a Kingdom Women in Business meeting and the topic was Integrity and Excellence

Something that was so prescious to me was a lady doing landscaping giving a testimony of her leadership style and how it resonated to the type of leader I would love to be one day should I have employees. I am almost sure that you can only be a great "boss" if you really invest in your employees on all levels and lead them by having integrity and living out excellence on a daily basis.

I saw this picture (which I am using) this morning and it just resonated with what we have discussed yesterday.

We were then blessed with an amazing piece of scripture from Daniel 6 which highlighted the high esteem Daniel had due to the excellent spirit he had inside him. This ultimately led to him being appointment over the whole kingdom.

[3] Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.

Daniel understood something about excellence for sure and it exalted him at the right time.

So tonight I decided to give my business logo a bit of a facelift.
Realizing that my business is about far more than just providing Admin Services, I knew I had to somehow portray it somehow.

The computer, journal etc. highlights the physical services offered around Administration
The women illustrates the mentoring / coaching services that is aimed as part of a discipleship / stewarding admin course that will be on offer in due time
The Dandelion is like my signature and is used as a metaphor of the word travelling when sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through storytelling.

I hope you like it as much as I do.

A wise friend once told me

I wonder if she realizes just how much that seed means today. ❤️

Today marks the end of the first term for most South African schools.
This couldn't have happened on a better day
Schools are out earlier meaning schedules are a bit "deurmekaar"

But thank God for divine interruptions.

I decided to give myself the morning off.
I am treating myself to a homemade footspa and will attempt to finish a book I have been reading in sections since September last year.

I think we sometimes feel guilty for "taking a break" but let me tell you,
Not taking a time out will only lead to burn out and making you feel even more tired.

God too rested.
We are not robots and shouldn't be treating ourselves like equipment living off a constant charge of negativity.

Sometimes you just need to shut the door on your thoughts
Give yourself a hug (even if in a mug)
And do that thing you have been wanting to do for so long....,

Afternoon followers

This morning I was so humbled, I just had to share.

I visited a new shop today. I met the owner and we started talking about their services etc. We shared a bit and then I mentioned to her that it is a passion of mine to "train" people. I like to teach people how to fish so that they are able to feed themselves.

Anyways, as I was leaving the store I remembered that I wanted to make use of one of their services, and the owner made the statement : "I HAVE A GUY FOR THAT", and called the GUY. Low and behold when an ex-employee of mine (back in the day - I owned a small little printing shop) walked up to me. This GUY was actually trained by me in around 2012-2013. To see him be THE GUY at this store was just so humbling.

This is not a post to brag about myself, but rather a word of encouragement of how something can go full circle, and the gratitude you feel when you are truly invested in serving people with dignity.

Thank you so much for following this Channel.
It's rather new but it warms my heart to see it growing everyday.

I received a message over the weekend which humbled me so, however it did leave the question - DO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT ELIM DYNAMIX ACTUALLY IS?

For starters:
I am not a labour hire /recruiter etc. However I love connection, community and helping people. I realized that people everywhere is looking for employment and thought of creating this group for the area I am staying in, as a means to assist those people who does not have access to Facebook or many other job listing sites. This Channel is updated with adverts coming from sources all over but specifically the direct area of Northam - Thabazimbi and surrounds.

Feel free to share vacancies you know of so we can help people.

I do not charge any fees for placing vacancies on this Channel.

What do I do then?
I have been in administration pretty much my whole life in various industries, (Mining, Finance, Education etc.) and recently decided to combine my knowledge, skills and HR Diploma into something meaningful.

For now I am offering Businesses Administration services to small/start-up businesses because that cannot currently afford to employ a full time administrator.

This service is customized according to the specic needs of the client.
(Basic book-keping, filing, typing, data entry etc)
I can also assist with CV updates.

My dream is to offer ethical mentoring and coaching within the administration sector based on values.

I believe that skill can be taught but character is built and though administration is not for everyone - it is a beautiful profession that is at the heart of every business.

Morning All,

Its been a while.
Whilst I am navigating through a few things, I though about how significant almost every little detail in our lives actually is.
How we think that something small is random.

Let me tell you, it is not.

This morning I had a very powerful business meeting hosted by a dear friend who I consider a big mentor, and she really had some amazing questions to ponder upon this morning. Whilst I do not want to go into the detail, the Lord has laid it on my heart to take a look at my LOGO....

Something I have been thinking of changing, because at the time of creating it, the dynamics was different. Today though, it brought up something extraordinary.

It reiterated my purpose
It ignited my WHY

I had to sit down and evaluate every element and why I chose it (even if at random) - it was not random to Him.

I know I am not there yet, but by holding onto my 2 favorite scriptures and trusting in His plan for my life, I know that I know
I WILL GET THERE EVENTUALLY.

So will you.

Do not give up on that mission, that dream, that thing that sparks your heart.

This morning during my quiet time I made Psalm 46:1-2 a personal prayer.

Psalms 46:1-2 NKJV [1] God is MY refuge and MY strength, A very present help in trouble. [2] Therefore I will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

The word REFUGE makes me pause for a moment. I immediately saw a shelter but after a little searching I found that the same meaning of this REFUGE also means HOPE.

So on New Years Eve, I do not want to send the usual NEW YEAR picture but through the Word of God I would like to proclaim a blessing over you and your family for the coming year.

I pray that in the new year you may experience that your STRENGTH - YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR HOPE lies in the Most High. I pray that you may know He is just a prayer away. I pray that you may know that even if the earth were to perish and the mountains disappear into the sea that you still only need to trust in the One who has already written your future of prosperity in His plan, that He has already made your paths straight.

I pray that you will choose to walk that path with Him and allow Him to care for you as He cares for the sparrows.
I pray that your oil and your flour will never run out and that you will believe that He is your Shepherd and that you will never lack anything.

I pray that you will see yourself again as He sees you - fearfully and wonderfully made. That you don't have to do anything to earn His love and that you may know that you belong to Him.

I pray that you will remember again that He is the Way maker and that His word will never fail and that He will never leave you nor forsake you.

May Jesus fulfill every unfulfilled promise in 2026
May He give you the desires of your heart but above ALL May you honor Him For Who He is and may you be truly grateful for ALL that you already receive undeservedly from His loving Father's hand.
