🚨 SUCCESSFUL ARREST – D5 SECURITY GROUP 🚨
At approximately 00:30, a suspect jumped the fence at one of our client’s premises in an attempt to gain unlawful access.
Our vigilant on-site security guard acted immediately by activating the panic system, triggering a rapid response.
🚔 D5 Security Group Tactical Response Forces, together with Shepherd Alarms, responded swiftly to the scene.
💥 Outcome:
Through effective teamwork, quick reaction, and professional coordination, the suspect was successfully apprehended on-site.

While conducting routine patrol at approximately 12:00 midday on one of our client’s premises, our reaction vehicle noticed smoke coming from the rear of the property.
We immediately responded to investigate the situation. Upon arrival at the scene, we discovered one of the employees burning copper cables.
The matter was promptly reported to the client, and the individual was escorted to the head office, where the owner took over the situation for further handling.
Another successful intervention, ensuring the protection of our client’s assets and maintaining high service standards.👮‍♂️💯

At approximately 16:30, one of the security guards on duty requested immediate backup after reporting that suspected illegal miners (“zama zamas”) had entered the site and were in the process of stealing cables.
Our response team, together with SAPS and a local security company, reacted promptly and arrived on scene. Upon arrival, the suspects were spotted on the premises; however, they immediately dropped the stolen cables and fled the scene.
A search of the area was conducted, and all visible cables were recovered. At this stage, no damages or losses have been confirmed, based on what could be observed.
Outcome:
Suspects fled the scene
Stolen cables recovered
No visible damage reported at this time

At approximately 22:00, one of our security guards requested backup at a client’s premises after members of the college community apprehended a suspect allegedly involved in the theft of laptops.
Upon arrival, our response team found the suspect being pursued by approximately 30 students attempting to apprehend him. The suspect had fled onto the client’s premises seeking a place to hide.
To prevent any potential damage to the client’s property and to avoid escalation of the situation, our team intervened and successfully calmed the crowd. The students were informed that the suspect would be handled according to proper legal procedures and handed over to the authorities.
The suspect was secured and placed into a company vehicle. He was then transported to the nearest Police station, where he was formally handed over.
No injuries or damages to the client’s property were reported during the incident.

At approximately 03:30 AM, a security guard on routine patrol at the client’s premises (secured with an approximately 8-foot-high perimeter wall) observed two unknown male suspects attempting to exit the premises.
Upon noticing the guard, the suspects immediately retreated back into the yard. The Tactical Response Force (T.R.F) team was promptly dispatched to the scene. The client was notified without delay.
A thorough inspection of the premises was conducted. During the search, two bags containing suspected stolen copper cables were recovered, along with a homemade ladder believed to have been used by the suspects to scale the perimeter wall.
Outcome:
No injuries reported
No damage to the client’s property
Suspects managed to flee the scene before apprehension
Suspected stolen items were recovered on-site
Action Taken:
Immediate response by T.R.F team
Client notified
Full premises inspection conducted
Evidence (copper cables and ladder) identified and secured for further action

At approximately 03:30, our guards were conducting a routine patrol when they observed an individual jumping over the wall near the client’s trucks. The guards responded immediately, apprehended the suspect, and handled the situation professionally. The suspect was questioned and then escorted off the property without further incident.
