We now do installations anywhere in South Africa and we supply to a variety of clients, both private and

commercial. Global Solar Systems is now one of the leading suppliers and installers of solar panels in South Africa. We aim to make clean energy available to homeowners, businesses, schools, non-profit and governmental organizations at a lower cost compared to burning fossil fuels.

Progress update ⚡☀️

We’re excited to share that this solar installation is now about 90% complete! It’s been great seeing this project come together, and we’re in the final stretch before full commissioning.

From mounting and panel installation to the electrical work behind the scenes — a lot has gone into getting it to this stage. We’re proud of the progress and looking forward to switching it on soon.

We’ll be the first to admit… we don’t post nearly as often as we should.

Most of our time is spent on-site, getting the job done rather than posting about it. But behind the scenes, there’s always something happening — panels going up, systems coming together, and real progress being made.

Here’s a look at one of our current projects:

This is Louis Jonck’s 60kW grid-tie solar system that we’re currently busy with. A solid project and a great step toward reliable, efficient energy.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual with a strong background in electrical work, including solar systems, as well as residential and industrial wiring.

📍 Location: Oudtshoorn

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in solar installations and electrical wiring (residential and industrial)

Ability to work effectively under pressure when required

Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

Formal qualifications are not essential; however, relevant experience will be highly advantageous.
