Mental Coaching and Mentoring in Sports and Education Mental Coaching and Mentoring in Sports and Education was really born out of a need I identified from both professional and personal experience.

Through those experience, a passion propelled vision was born to help young people from all different backgrounds and culture, to find themselves as they truly are. And not as the world or community perceives them to be. Helping them to learn the process of choice and decision making and the implications or consequences thereof. We operate from a school level to a professional level, such as work

environments. We also do private One on One sessions. Currently, our biggest challenge is finances in trying to operate at a school level as the schools makes an excuse of not having enough funds to help these prospective athletes and students through our services. For instance, we require soccer or rugby balls and some of the equipment that goes with the set. At times we are in need of funds to for developmental camps and travelling to places of exposure that will benefit the youngsters. I know I have been very quiet on this page, my apologies about that. Otherwise due to relocation from WC to EC,I had to first find my bearings and establish my footing before I can engage in any activities relating to this page. Currently the focus is on rebuilding/establishing J Zito Business Consultants and (Pty. Ltd) and that's taking off well after some expected changes and challenges when you do and build a business....
