Introducing Under Oaks Mosaic 2026, our new Pinotage rosé.

With its beautiful blush colour and fresh, graceful character, Mosaic reveals delicate notes of strawberry, rose petal and citrus, followed by a crisp, lingering finish.

Its name was inspired by the dappled light that moves through the oak trees surrounding Under Oaks, creating a constantly changing mosaic of light and shadow.

It is a wine made for exactly the kind of moments we love most: long lunches, warm summer afternoons and conversations that stretch a little longer than planned.
