VACANCY: ADMINISTRATOR
Are you organised, tech-savvy, and ready to make things happen?
TECH 3:23, a trusted supplier of gate and garage door motors, alarm systems, CCTV, power backup and air conditioning systems in Paarl currently has a vacancy for an office administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Support a fast-paced team.
* Assist in the shop
* Handle client communications via phone, WhatsApp and email.
* Schedule team bookings and stock for installations, etc.
* Manage client and supplier orders.
* Quotes, transaction processing and invoicing.
* Loading of daily payments.
* Stock management.
* General admin support.
Requirements:
* Grade 12 with maths/accounting as a subject.
* Computer Literate - MS Office proficient (Intermediate). Excel a must.
* At least 1 year experience in administrative office procedures, practices and equipment.
* Meticulous and deadline driven.
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Good verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
* Own transport.
To start as soon as possible.
