If you are registered on the Central Supplier Database then this is for you!

As effective from January 2025, it is required be law that if you are doing business with the South African government, or if you are planning to, you must have a valid Employment Equity certificate.

Tender applications cannot be submitted without it!

Department of Basic Education
Department of Higher Education
All Municipalities

Even if you have not thought about doing business with the government yet, you never know when the opportunity might present itself. Get your compliance documents in order for when the opportunity comes!
