She has a background in sales and has worked for one of the Dimension Data Group companies for 7 years focussing on complex solution delivery to a variety of Industry players. Joy has studied at Wits Business School which gave her the requisite skills which she applied in her successful sales career and to her successful coaching practice. She is also an accredited Famsa Counselor bringing empathy and advanced listening skills to the coaching journey with a natural affinity for wanting to help others in reaching their full potential. It is an immense privilege to be a part of a client's coaching journey and this year I am celebrating all of those clients who trusted me and shared with me their chapters of their coaching stories which resulted in growth and development.
