The IMM Institute Excellence Awards Gala Dinner, hosted in partnership with Kwikot, was everything we hoped it would be: a room full of remarkable people, brilliantly hosted by Govan Whittles and made all the more memorable by an inspiring address from guest speaker Happy MaKhumalo Ngidi.

What stood out most this year was the sheer quality of the field. Winners and finalists alike brought genuine strategic depth, fresh thinking, and real professional maturity to their entries.
