One person. One hour. One act of kindness.

That's the simple idea behind Mandela Day, and a reminder that together, small actions can create lasting change.

Today, we celebrate Nelson Mandela's legacy by recognising the people who quietly make a difference in their families, schools and communities every day. Thank you for helping to build a brighter future.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆!

Last week, the Ilikwa Solar team took part in a Visual Felt Leadership (VFL) engagement, bringing management and employees together to discuss important project safety rules and procedures.

To make the session interactive, team members also participated in a knowledge test, with rewards presented to those who showed a strong understanding of key safety requirements.

By keeping safety top of mind and encouraging open conversations, we help create a workplace where everyone can do their best work and return home safely to their families each day!
