*NOTICE: CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS FOR 4 NOVEMBER 2026*
Dear Clients,
Please be advised that 4 November 2026 has been declared a public holiday due to the upcoming Local Government Elections.
Following the announcement, it has been noted that certain clients have already secured appointments to visit various PSiRA branches/offices through the e-PSiRA portal for the affected date. However, as 4 November 2026 has been declared a public holiday, the Authority will not be able to provide services to clients on that day.
Management has made arrangements for affected clients to be assisted during the week before their original booking and the week after at the specific PSiRA branch where their appointments were scheduled. The affected clients are therefore not required to make new bookings.
Clients will be required to present either their booking confirmation for 4 November 2026 or their booking reference number when visiting the relevant branch.
SMS/email notifications will be sent to clients who have secured bookings for the affected date.
The Authority apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your cooperation and understanding.
