Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC - Fire & Emergency Support Service would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Gray Venter from Infinity Fire for the extremely generous donation of:
🔥 2 × Brand New 65mm × 30m Layflat Fire Hoses 🔥
The hoses were donated brand new and still sealed in their original boxes — an incredible blessing to our organisation and our operational capability.
As a non-profit emergency support service, specialised firefighting equipment like this is extremely expensive, and donations of this nature make a real and direct difference to our ability to respond effectively during emergencies and the upcoming fire season.
🚒 With sufficient water supply available, we now have a total of 90 meters of layflat hose capacity, significantly improving our firefighting and refill operations in the field.
These larger 65mm hoses will primarily be utilised during:
🏠 Structural firefighting operations
🔥 Secondary support during veld & forest fires
This donation will play a major role in strengthening our water supply capabilities during active incidents.
