Joint Operation Report – Phoenix
Date: 20 June 2026
Time: 18:30
Location: Rydalvale Grounds, Phoenix
A joint operation was successfully conducted at Rydalvale Grounds in Phoenix, involving multiple stakeholders, including Phoenix SAPS, Phoenix CPF, CK travel & tours local ward councillors, GBH Security, and the Phoenix Taxi Association.
During the operation, foreign nationals who had gathered at the grounds seeking assistance to relocate from local townships to their respective homes were attended to. All individuals were safely assisted, placed on transport, and escorted to Durban, where further guidance and support will be provided to facilitate their return home.
The operation was carried out in a coordinated, safe, and orderly manner, ensuring the wellbeing of all involved.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all stakeholders and role players for their cooperation, commitment, and collaborative efforts in making this initiative a success.
