Clear cut mistakes / wrong doing in this country our commissioned; this simply means we do not have operational systems in place. My son was send to a detention in school last week for disrespecting the teacher; I ask him why he is doing this and this is his answer “Dad it’s not my fault he (teacher) called me names first and I answered back. Why don’t you (dad) appoint a commission to investigate this matter and find out what really happened”.
