*Ms K Molefe* _ Complainant [Company: Bidvest]
Statement: Miss K Molefe a former Bidvest Employees was suspended based on allegations of her being involved on assisting her colleagues to steal someone's phone. And that matter tracked for sometime at Secunda CCMA and was finalized on the 15th July 2021.
*Outcome of the results* Our Labour Consultant Official won that case because there were no substantial evidence produced before the commissioner and the lady won a pleasant award....

*Mayday Employees* serves as complainants against their Employer.
*Statement*, the above mentioned Employees came to EFWU Labour Consultant Team to seek for our help after being unfairly treated, when their employer lost one of his site at Free State FDC Building, he then refused to pay them their service fees such as Annual Bonuses, Leave days, Last payments, Provident funds and many more.
*Outcomes of the results* That matter was held before Phuthaditjhaba CCMA and was then escalated to Arbitration in harrismith were Employer was instructed to pay all employees before end of November all CCMA awards documents was Attached in same group as an evidence of our report.

*Maluti Securities* about six(6) Employees of the said company pleaded with us to urgently attend to their issue of being underpaid.
*Outcome* Last week Thursday Mr. Moeketsi Motlolisi made an effort to visit Employers Offices in Harrismith to enquire about a cause of whole scenario, even though he find it difficult to reach a full compliance agreement with an agorant Employer, but the employer promised to look into that matter an comply..
