This Chapter explains how you can use the principle of "opposite choice" to help people explore the beliefs that prevents them to release their anger. It also explains what to do when your anger is directed towards God! Lastly if provides a bullet-point summary of the main points covered in dealing with anger. All members of GEMS medical aid can contact social workers, psychologists and registered counselors telephonically and still claim from their Med Aid during Lockdown levels 5-2. Hope this will help those GEMS members in need of counselling!
