At Masakhisane Protection Services we set specific guidelines when recruiting security staff. The initial requirements are:

Registration with PSIRA

Minimum of a grade 10 schooling qualification

Telephonic references

Ability to communicate English

Pre-employment voice stress analysis

Minimum grade D from an accredited training academy

These basic requirements allow for initial security checks to ensure that no candidate with a criminal record is employed and all employees are of a suitable caliber.

The best way to deliver the most reliable service is to allocate the best possible candidate to a specific job. That is why we at Masakhisane Protection Services use such an extensive screening process when hiring, followed by an intensive candidate to job evaluation

The majority of our security personnel are paraded and inspected at a central point prior to being posted to a site.

The following items are inspected to ensure the standard and appropriateness of the individual being posted:

Complete, neat and clean uniform
Baton stick
Handcuffs
Torch (for night shift personnel) Rain wear
Pocketbook & pens
Identity cards (Where applicable)
