Minimum of a grade 10 schooling qualification
Telephonic references
Ability to communicate English
Pre-employment voice stress analysis
Minimum grade D from an accredited training academy
These basic requirements allow for initial security checks to ensure that no candidate with a criminal record is employed and all employees are of a suitable caliber.
