A study revealed that instant coffee had 100% more (A chemical that can form in some foods during high-temperature cooking processes, such as frying, roasting, and baking ), than in freshly ground coffee and was found to increase the risk of various diseases as well as effect iron absorption.
Now there is no harm in a daily ‘cup’ but if you are having 3 instant ...... maybe it’s a statistic you should be a little worried about?🤔

➡️The two main coffee species are Coffea Arabica and Coffea Robusta. Arabica tends to have a smoother, sweeter taste with less Caffeine, while Robusta, on the other hand, has a more bitter taste, and is used a lot for Instant Coffees.

Coffee beans are only called 'beans' because of the resemblance - they’re actually berries!

Coffee beans grow on a bush and are actually the pit of a berry, which makes them a fruit.
The longer that coffee beans have been roasted – the healthier they are. Decaffeinated coffee comes from a chemical process where the caffeine is taken out of the beans. ((Commercially the caffeine is then often sold to companies like Coca-Cola.))

Did you Know:
Raw, or green, coffee beans are very acidic and have a “grassy” or “woody” flavor. They are much harder than roasted beans! Coffee Beans have to be roasted in order to taste like coffee !
