MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTORS OF SNS HOLDINGS
Dear Partners,
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to attend this very important meeting. I understand that some of you had to take emergency leave for purposes of this meeting and other arrangements you would have made for availing yourselves here. I apologise that I am not available to address you because of some business commitments in looking after your investments which I am doing in Gauteng, Limpopo and North West. I am not in Dubai as per the rumours, I am in South Africa I do not intend to leave the country at all.
Firstly I would like to reassure you that SNS Holdings is here to stay still commits to enriching our partners as our company slogan says. We are sound financially and have managed to acquire assets which will make the company sustainable for a very long time, I hope that the members of staff have shown you pictures and video clips of our operations. What we are doing right now is a simple exercise of restructuring our business strategy so that we do not loose our partners investments. It is a well know fact that there were businesses which were purporting to provide investment opportunities like us when in fact they were not and people ended up loosing a lot of money on them and some vanished into thin air. I wont mention names at this stage.
We have in the interest of the safety of your investments decided to refund all investors of their investments in full no matter how they have benefitted from the investment. This we are doing in good faith so that we restart our business on a clean slate and get all the relevant compliance and approvals to conduct our business. The process will be conducted in tranches commencing on 01 November 2019 as follows.
- New entrants will be paid first as they did not get any monthly instalment nor signed a contract. These are the clients who were still in the waiting period of 44 working days before getting their very first payment.
- Later recent entrants will be paid after the new entrants have been refunded. These are entrants who have been getting paid their necessary monthly instalments, whether it was once, twice or three times etc.
- Older entrants will be paid at the later stage of the period mentioned below, but eventually every partner will be refunded accordingly.
Partners must please note that the refund scenarios will not be the same for each partner, due to breach of contract a compensation to be decided upon and paid to our partners on a case by case basis. We undertake to complete this process in the next 3 to 4 months and request the patience of partners in this regard.
We appreciate the fact that you came all the way to Pietermaritzburg to attend this meeting and request that we be calm during this period. We will be visiting our clients in their respective locations at dates and times to be communicated.
We are still located at 212 Peter Kerchoff Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201 as this office is owned by SNS Holding and is not rented from a third party.
