We are a group of forward-thinking originals who seek to drive positive change and minimise our environmental impact. We’re serious about what we do and having fun while we do it. Our studio is based in Cape Town, South Africa but we are available to work with brands from all over the world who believe in our ethos.

Our Story

transparenCI was established by Sarah Robyn Farrell in 2016 in the hopes to embed real sustainability and radical transparency into brand development and operational activities. As an avid anti-greenwasher, Sarah (and, in turn, her team) are passionate about honest and transparent communications and driving positive change from the inside out.

Prior to starting transparenCI, Sarah worked as the marketing manager of Hotel Verde, Africa’s greenest hotel and arguably one of the greenest hotels in the world. She was integral in a number of the hotel’s sustainability initiatives including the launch and management of the hotel’s employee sustainability drive.

Sarah has spoken at a number of local and international forums on sustainability and responsible tourism and continues to this day to innovate and strategize ways to become more sustainable on an individual, business and community level.
