As Rankin Skills Training celebrates 18 years of excellence in training, we recognise the man whose vision started it all.
When Marcel Rankin founded the company, his goal was never simply to train operators. His vision was bigger:
To be an informed, accredited knowledge provider to the workforce of the African continent so that their ability and productivity will improve.
Over the past 18 years, that vision has shaped every course delivered, every student trained, and every opportunity created.
What began as an idea has grown into a trusted training institution that has helped equip thousands of individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
This June, we celebrate not only 18 years of Rankin Skills Training, but also the vision, dedication, and leadership that made it possible.
